Job Description
Take full responsibility for all IT-related pre-opening tasks, closely collaborating with the Project Team, DTS, and Accor IT.
- Ensure and implement security measures to safeguard the integrity and privacy of both business and guest data, while complying with data protection regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support to all employees and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of IT systems and tools.
- Develop technology-driven solutions to enhance guest services, such as optimizing the reservation system, implementing digital check-in/check-out processes, and improving Wi-Fi services.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to IT challenges.
- Negotiate and communicate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure all products and services meet guest expectations.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead IT projects and initiatives, such as introducing new technologies or upgrading software applications.
- Regularly report to hotel management on the status and progress of IT initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and reports to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of IT systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technology trends.
