Job Description

Within the Group Global Communication department, you will work with the Engagement & Internal Communication team to coordinate transversal projects at a global level.

You will be involved in various projects, particularly focusing on:

• Community Management : Building the editorial calendar, community management and reporting for our internal social network: content creation, posting, animation.
• Support on the employee advocacy program : Working together with the project manager, support on animating the network of ambassadors, content curation, animation and optimization of the program.
• Content creation : Assisting in the development of communication assets, including writing agency briefs, creating visuals on Canva, and drafting editorial content and guidelines.

• Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5 / Final year of business school
• First experience/significant internship in a corporate organization / communication agency
• Area of study: Communication, business school
• Languages: French and English (fluent)

• Excellent Writing and Communication Skills : Ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Rigorous and Detail-Oriented : Strong anticipation and adaptability skills.
• Mature and Professional : Confidence when interacting with top management.
• Proactive and Autonomous : Self-starter who can work independently.

• Location: Accor Corporate Headquarters at Issy les Moulineaux, Tour Sequana
