Job Description

Your Key missions:

• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure quality dishes.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff for high standards.
• Plan menus with management and manage budget.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Foster creativity while adhering to brand concept.
• Collaborate with other departments for guest satisfaction.

• Strong representativeness

• Quality-oriented
• Experience as manager is highly desirable
• Good level of English
• Hold valid working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
