Job Description
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training program that enhance employee skills and support organizational goals.
Identifying skill gaps and training needs across the organization through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, and performance data.
Managing the training budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness of training programs.
Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and reporting on key metrics.
Works together with other departments manager/leader to identify and address training needs.
Designing and developing training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other learning materials.
Qualifications
Experience in Training, learning and development or human resources is essential
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Strong analytical skills
Adapt to changing business needs and learning trends
