Job Description
As our next Night Team Member, you will:
- Welcome late arrivals and farewell early departures with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Support hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day.
- Provide food and beverage service during the night shift.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including the front entrance, lobby, bar, and staff areas.
- Follow the hotel's fire safety procedures and assist with emergency situations when needed.
- Be the face of Ibis, consistently conveying a positive and professional image.
Qualifications
What Are We Looking For?- A friendly, guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage night shifts responsibly.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Availability to work night shifts (10:45PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
