Job Description
The position has an overall control and responsibility over various operating cash management activities including but not limited to daily Treasury, cash pooling, intercompany loans and internal current accounts follow-up.
The role will also support the cash management processes' optimization/centralization, the procedures' definition and will work closely with various teams (internal / external). Drive efficiency to treasury position while ensuring compliance with Treasury & Financing Group Policy.
Daily treasury
- Daily cash management of East European countries : banking reconciliation, payments, collections, short term forecasts monitoring, and transfers between accounts
- Back up of the Cash Manager in charge of Ennismore cash management for daily treasury tasks
Cash Management
- Support for cash centralization actions at Group level, in collaboration with the cash management director
- Follow-up the evolution of internal cash and debt positions and identify the sources of optimization for these positions
- Put in place automatic cash pooling structures with the Group
- Manage and keep updated the bank accounts cartography and the bank signatories' list for all the areas, in connection with the IT team
- Support for corporate cards programs deployment and recurring management
- Contribution to exceptionnal transactions like M&A, Key Money, capital increase, dividend payment
Transversal
- Project of cash flow forecasts definition and monitoring (mid-term / long-term)
- Ensure appropriate documentations, processes are in place and comply with group policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the treasury activities
Qualifications
- Master degree, business school or university with a major in Corporate Finance or Treasury
- 3 years experience in a Treasury Department, if possible, in an international Group
- Knowledges in Corporate Finance, and especially in Treasury
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mindset, collaborative-driven spirit
- Natural appetite for continuous improvement
- Fluent in French and English
