Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Precinct Finance Manager to join our team at Sydney Olympic Park. In this critical role, you will support the Precinct Director of Finance in overseeing day-to-day financial operations across multiple hotel properties.
You'll manage functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end reporting, compliance, procurement, and team development. You'll also be responsible for preparing budgets, conducting variance analysis, maintaining internal controls, and leading the month-end close process.
As a key liaison for internal and external audits, you will ensure all financial reporting aligns with both Accor's standards and statutory regulations. This role includes financial leadership responsibilities and active participation in hotel executive committee meetings, particularly during the absence of the Director of Finance.
