Within the Corporate Digital Finance department, the Product Owner is responsible for the full lifecycle of the ERP application from a financial and functional perspective. This includes the end-to-end management of the application, covering both "run" and "build", whether handled internally or outsourced. The Product Owner acts as the bridge between business needs and technical functionalities.
Your missions and responsibilities :
RUN:
- Maintain the core solution, ensuring it complies with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review, follow-up and remediation of issues, and oversee monthly closing activities.
- Oversee hosting and manage both functional and technical third-party support.
- Manage third-party contracts, support, and licenses in line with AccorTech's software strategy.
- Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Ensure platform Security and Compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Finance Community Lead.
BUILD:- Develop and execute a technical and product roadmap aligned with Finance and business needs, in coordination with related applications.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and success of complex projects.
- Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with strategy throughout execution.
- Manage a team of experts, developers, and functional teams, setting objectives and ensuring delivery quality.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to software architecture, design, and code when needed.
- Oversee and ensure the full product development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in technology, and integrate them into the design and development of new systems and features.
- Define a roadmap to ensure scalability, consistent performance, and long-term sustainability of the solution.
Management and Reporting:- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a wide range of teams involved in the project.
- Manage relationships with vendors, integrators, and other Accor stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, etc.).
- Escalate issues when necessary and effectively highlight potential risks.
Qualifications
And you? Background & Expertise:- Degree from an engineering school or business school.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a suite of applications supporting accounting processes (performance, security, functionality, availability) and financial operations (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reporting, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Proven experience in managing application teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Delivery-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite for Finance.
- Solid financial expertise.
