You will be part of the Core Property Tech department, which is responsible for optimizing key applications used in Accor hotels.
Within this department, the PMS (Property Management System) team focuses on improving and deploying the Opera Cloud hotel management solution to several thousand hotels. The goal is to ensure operational efficiency across hotel operations by facilitating understanding and adoption at hotel and regional levels, while also contributing to the expansion of the platform.
Your missions and responsibilities :
Advisory & Design:
- Define the product vision in collaboration with the Product Manager
- Build, prioritize, and manage your backlog based on our OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
- Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements
- Continuously gather and integrate user feedback, especially during redesign phases
- Brief technical teams and coordinate design efforts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, while monitoring product quality
- Track implementation progress and update functional documentation to ensure effective communication with business teams (support, regions, brands, hotels)
Quality:- Ensure product quality by defining the required standards and related KPIs
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery cycles
- Prioritize bugs based on customer impact and manage them within the product backlog
Performance Monitoring:- Define, track, and analyze performance indicators
- Analyze feedback from hotel staff, owners, and regional teams to measure satisfaction
- Create performance reports and communicate on progress and key metrics
Qualifications
And you? You have a solid experience as a Product Owner working on SaaS applications.
Familiarity with hotel operations-particularly front desk/reception workflows-is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Languages:- Fluent French and English are required (you will interact with international stakeholders)
Tools:- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of PMS systems such as OPERA or FOLS is a plus
