Job Description

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests - your attention to detail and commitment to quality make all the difference. This is a hands-on, physically active role that suits individuals who are energetic and reliable, while making a meaningful impact each day

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, fresh, and beautifully presented to the highest standards
• Restocking amenities and managing linen supplies with efficiency and care
• Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or lost property
• Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience

• Bring a positive, friendly attitude and a guest-first mindset
• Are physically fit, with the stamina to stay active and on their feet throughout the day
• Are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
• Are flexible and available to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
