Job Description
-Conduct extensive market research to understand the trends, needs, and opportunities in the market.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at ensuring the revenue growth.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customer segments in the Chinese market.
-Monitor performance metrics and tweak strategies as necessary to ensure revenue growth.
Qualifications
-At least 3 years Sales management experience preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting; in-depth knowledge of hospitality in Chinese Market.
-Excellent organizational and planning skills.
-Ability to communicate at all levels.
-Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
