Job Description
-Lead employees to ensure compliance with corporate Safety & Security standards.
-Conducts weekly, documented inspections of the hotel listing any safety or security infractions and ensuring these are corrected by the time of the next walkthrough.
-Strong knowledge of legislation relating to criminal law, security, occupational health, safety, event management, fire safety, etc.
-To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Able to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
Qualifications
-10-12year relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least
-Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
-A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
