Job Title: Junior Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior and Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients (mostly students), generating new business leads, obtaining more franchise leads, and closing sales deals. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, working closely with the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients by calling and pitching sales scripts related to cybersecurity courses and services.
- Building strong relationships with customers in order to take references from them for future clients.
- Present products and services to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have on both call conversations and physical meetings.
- Follow up with clients after initial contact to nurture relationships and close deals via Emails and calls.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, and best practices, as well as help achieve overall sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Graduates, Freshmen, or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also desirable.
- Experience Required:
- For Junior Sales Executive, 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in a B2B or B2C environment).
- For Senior Sales Executive, 4-5 years of sales experience (preferably in a B2B or B2C environment).
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tools (e.g., CRM systems.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
