Job Description For Kitchen Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient operation.
Monitor stock levels and assist in unloading food deliveries.
Maintain a log of repairs and services needed.
Install new kitchen equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Provide excellent customer service and support for our culinary professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dishwashers, and water coolers.
