This is a varied role where no two days are the same. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, your core focus will be on providing strong administrative support to the Director of Sales (DOS) and the Groups & Events Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and booking records, preparing contracts and event documentation, managing deposits, and supporting the full contracting process for groups and events.
In addition, you'll handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, managing brochures and collateral, updating databases (including Envision), tracking payment status, and assisting with billing reconciliation. You will also support internal reporting and ensure all documentation aligns with Hyatt brand standards and internal processes.
While the role is primarily administrative, you will also collaborate with the broader Sales & Marketing team on occasional hotel tours, client communications, and assisting with coordination of events and familiarisation visits - helping to deliver a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
