Join us for an incredible opportunity to support our Human Resources team and our one-of-a-kind multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle, as our Area Human Resources Manager!

The ideal candidate for this Area Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resources function. The position responsibilities include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, colleague relations, coaching and counseling, safety, workers compensation, leaves of absence, and training/development. This position will report to the Area Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run our Human Resources office in the Director's absence.

The salary range for this position is $77,969.00 to $106,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources preferred
• High level of energy, creativity, and independent thinking
• Self-motivated and results driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with leaders and colleagues
• A high level Microsoft Excel abilityand proficiency with all other Microsoft office software required
• Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong team orientation and ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships
