Join us for an incredible opportunity to support our Human Resources team and our one-of-a-kind multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle, as our Area Human Resources Manager!
The ideal candidate for this Area Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resources function. The position responsibilities include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, colleague relations, coaching and counseling, safety, workers compensation, leaves of absence, and training/development. This position will report to the Area Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run our Human Resources office in the Director's absence.
The salary range for this position is $77,969.00 to $106,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.
