Description
The ideal candidate for this position will have exposure to all areas of the Human Resources function and will assist multiple Hyatt properties in the Phoenix Metro Market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Weekly payroll processing for three hotels in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe are, to include:
o Weekly processing, mass uploads, deductions in arrears, direct deposit, taxation SOPs', reporting and other payroll duties as required
o Training new leaders on Kronos WFN/Dimensions, and area payroll point person for any challenges
• My Learning (Training) - Monthly and yearly compliance tracking, new hire completion and other training tasks as assigned.
This position will will have local travel weekly and will report to the Director of Human Resources at their home hotel with a dotted line to the other Directors of Human Resources in the market.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• A strong knowledge of payroll processing and/or accounting, Kronos WFN/Dimensions and Service Now skills a plus
*Intermediate to advanced level MS Office, specifically Excel skills a plus
• Refined verbal and written communication skills, teamwork and collaboration are necessary for success
• Ability to handle multiple competing deadlines, and work in an organized, methodical fashion
• 2 or more years of human resources, or operational leadership experience preferred
