The Assistant Convention Services Floor Manager supports the successful execution of meetings and events by ensuring all spaces are set to client specifications and maintained at the highest quality. This hands-on leadership role oversees event setups, maintains operational standards, and helps guide a team of stewards and setup staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and capable of coordinating multiple departments to deliver exceptional client experiences.
