Description
• Contribuer à l'accueil et à la satisfaction des clients en garantissant un service courtois, rapide et personnalisé.
• Prendre part à la gestion des réservations, à la préparation des plans de salle et à l'organisation des événements.
• Soutenir l'encadrement des équipes sur le terrain en relayant les consignes du responsable F&B.
• Participer aux briefings d'avant-service et aux réunions d'équipe pour assurer une communication fluide.
