We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at our vibrant waterfront resort in the heart of Old Town Key West. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse food and beverage operation while delivering the personalized, unforgettable experiences our guests expect.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including Blue Mojito Bar, Four Flamingos Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets
Lead and support a dynamic team of F&B colleagues through effective scheduling, payroll oversight, training, and coaching
Uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction through hands-on leadership and thoughtful problem-solving
Assist with operational tasks such as order management, POS systems, and ensuring a seamless flow of service across departments
Take part in special projects, promotions, and events that enhance the guest experience and elevate the resort's F&B profile

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
At least 3 years of progressive food and beverage experience, previous Supervisory experience preferred
Strong food, beverage, and alcohol knowledge
Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Refined verbal and Written communication skills
Professional appearance and confident presentation
Able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Ability to push, pull, andlift a moderate amount of weight
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
