Description
You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. The Assistant Manager - Information Systems is responsible for supporting the Information Systems Manager in ensuring that all computer systems and networks within the hotel operate with minimal disruption to hotel operations. You will assist in providing technical support and guidance to hotel management, deliver effective training and support, and help ensure that IS-related services are available to hotel guests.
Qualifications
Ideally, the candidate should hold a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Experience in networking would be an advantage. A minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Information Systems Team Leader or Assistant Manager of Information Systems in an operation with advanced technology is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
