Description
As the Assistant Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in mazimizing room revenue and occupancy through strategic analysis and effective inventory management. You will work closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue Management and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office teams to implement pricing strategies and forecast demand in alignment with Hyatt's brand standards and business objectives. Your key responsibilities such as assisting in developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all market segments, monitor daily, weekly and monthly forecast trends and make recommendations, analysing market conditions, competitive set performance and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities, supporting the management of distribution channels and ensuring optimal availability and rate parity, conducting regular audits of rates and inventory across systems, assisting in preparing revenue forecasts and forecast budget.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in revenue management and similar role.
• Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.
