Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role

• Lead the daily operations of The Churchill Bar and full operations of the beverage logistics of the hotel, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience

• Manage and develop the bar team through effective training, performance management, and leadership

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a distinctive beverage programme, aligned with current trends and brand standards

• Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency and product quality

• Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies

• Collaborate with relevant departments to support promotional activities, events, and initiatives that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue

You are confident in driving commercial performance while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
