Scope and General Purpose of Job:
Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates the hotel's marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximise the hotel's positive exposure in local, national and international markets

Position Duties / Essential Functions:
Digital Marketing
• Responsible for the creation of content for hotel digital activities including: the property's websites; social media; EDM; third party listings; and other digital channels, ensuring content is up to date, in line with the schedule and business needs
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all hotel related questions and activities
• Supports the digital marketing team by providing hotel specific information, assets and content for all digital channels as necessary, ensuring content aligns with the Hyatt brand and hotel identity, positioning and messaging
• Responsible for the scheduled production of electronic direct mails (EDM) to target audiences including: content creation, EDM deployment, database management & maintenance and performance reporting for all email marketing campaigns as per the marketing communications plan
• Supports local marketing activities and develops relationships with relevant third parties to deliver the business objectives for the resort's restaurants, bars and spa
• Maintains hotel media kit, marketing materials and photo library and ensures timely distribution to all media, clients, colleagues and guests as required
• Responds to all guest reviews on 3rd party listings such as TripAdvisor, Google My Business and OTA's as directed by hotel management.
