As a Cook 1, you'll bring your professional knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and kitchen operations to the table. This person will work primarily in our brand-new Article One Restaurant kitchen in the afternoon and evenings. You'll support senior culinary leadership and take on key responsibilities in supervising daily food preparation, cooking, and quality control - all while delivering on Hyatt's high brand standards. Whether you're perfecting classic dishes or helping roll out innovative new menus, you'll play a vital role in delighting our guests and inspiring your team. This person must be available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, and while shifts will be primarily in the afternoon and evenings, must have the flexibility to work in the morning if needed.
