The Cook 3 Role:
Cook 3s are experienced line cooks who are capable of working multiple stations, assisting in food preparation, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and supporting our culinary team through various kitchen tasks. This is an entry-to-mid-level position that requires some previous cooking experience and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and direction from senior culinary leadership
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Assist in receiving, rotating, and storing inventory
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes
• May be assigned to support Banquets, Restaurants, Cafeteria, or other kitchen outlets as needed

Qualifications
• 3+ year of previous professional kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow recipes and prep lists
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Food Handler Certification preferred
