The Culinary Food Safety and Inventory Lead is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and compliance of all storage areas, including coolers and freezers, within the culinary department. This role is crucial for maintaining health inspection and EcoSure inspection readiness at all times as well as managing the inventory and organization of Culinary products.
