Our culinary and wellness teams work hand in hand to deliver a holistic journey grounded in nourishment, balance, and mindful living. We are now seeking a qualified Dietitian who shares our values and vision to join our opening team
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate guests' nutritional needs through consultations and wellness assessments.
• Identify dietary deficiencies and health concerns related to nutrition.
• Design tailored nutrition programs to support individual wellness goals.
• Recommend dietary modifications, supplements, or interventions aligned with Miraval's food philosophy.
• Provide practical, culturally sensitive dietary advice to help guests make informed food choices.
• Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
• Track progress of long-stay and return guests and adapt nutrition plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with spa, culinary, and fitness teams to ensure holistic care.
• Partner with chefs and wellness specialists to integrate nutrition into all offerings.
• Support culinary programming, menus, and retreats with evidence-based input.
• Contribute to wellness education through guest lectures, cooking demos, and immersive experiences.
• Promote healthy eating habits within the resort and the broader community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Master's preferred)
2+ years of experience in, wellness resort, or hospitality settings
Passion for wellness, mindful living, and holistic healing
