The Opportunity
As the Director of Business Development for Alila Resorts of North America, you will lead a sales cluster and drive regional commercial success across a portfolio of luxury resorts through strategic leadership, tailored sales planning, and deep engagement with high-level internal and external stakeholders. You'll partner closely with on-property Directors of Sales and Marketing and collaborate with regional commercial team, the Hyatt Sales Force, and key luxury travel influencers in all market segments to deliver measurable growth in both group and transient revenue. This is a dynamic opportunity to blend creative sales ideation with operational excellence, helping shape the future of the Alila Resorts of North America.
