Goal of the Director of Food & Beverage is Effectively and proactively monitors the daily functions of all the Food & Beverage Outlets and Event Service (Banquet) section under Food & Beverage department. Represents Food & Beverage on the hotel executive Committee, ensures the efficient & economic operation of the Food & Beverage Division providing services and support to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment in optimum condition.
The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable and to promote Hyatt Thinking, Hyatt Purpose and Values to all hotel associates and driving associate preference by achieving Associates Engagement score.
