Description
The Director of Revenue plays a pivotal role in optimizing the hotel's financial performance by implementing effective revenue strategies across departments. He/She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This includes managing revenue streams, forecasting and collaborating with sales, operations and marketing teams to maximize profitability. Key responsibilities include develop and execute pricing and distribution strategies to maximize revenue across rooms and food & beverage outlets, produce accurate revenue forecasts and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions, work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives, oversee the management of revenue systems and ensure accurate rate and inventory distribution across all channels.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager.
• Strong strategic orientation, problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
