As our Event Lead Administrator, you will play a key role on the Event Sales team, serving as the first point of contact for all incoming event inquiries. You will:
• Qualify leads for everything from affiliate group bookings to social events
• Conduct research, communicate with prospective clients, and handle initial administrative processes, including releases
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Event Sales Manager
• Support the team by assisting with event detailing and booking follow-ups
