The role

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic Sales & Events team. Reporting into the Group & Events Sales Manager, with some tasks delegated by your teams Senior Executives, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering memorable meetings, conferences, and social events - ensuring every guest experience is seamless and personalised. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage event bookings from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders using our booking system

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution

• Conduct site visits and show rounds with prospective clients
