Step into the vibrant world of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where service, creativity, and operational excellence define the guest experience. As an F&B Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across both the administrative and operational sides of the department. Over a 6-month internship, you'll support our restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations-contributing to daily logistics, interdepartmental coordination, and even data-driven decision-making-all while participating directly in guest service.
What You'll Do:

• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks in the F&B department
  
• Support in organizing menus, documentation, and service planning
  
• Help manage inventory records, supplier communication, and purchasing logistics
  
• Participate in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
  
• Facilitate communication and coordination between kitchen, service, and other departments
  
• Contribute to scheduling, documentation control, and event planning logistics
  
• Support during service hours across F&B outlets (restaurants, banquets, in-room dining)
  
• Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
  

• Current university student (preferably in hospitality, F&B management, or related field)
  
• Available to start the internship in October for a 6-month period
  
• High level of Spanish is mandatory (spoken and written); English is a plus
  
• Strong Excel skills and confident using Microsoft Office
  
• Interested in data analysis and operational performance tracking
  
• Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  
• Effective communicator, comfortable working with multiple departments
  
• Willing and available to work service shifts (including evenings/weekends)
  
• Able to sign a university collaboration agreement
  
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
  

• €500 net/month internship stipend
