Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** Starting rate: $23.00 per hour
F&B Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and F&B operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations at La Zozzona, ensuring exceptional service, smooth execution, and team development in a luxury dining environment.
• Oversee opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests, address concerns, and personalize experiences.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control.
• Support inventory management and ordering.
• Monitor cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Food Handlers License preferred.
