We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Multi-Outlet Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of three key outlets located within a large convention hotel: Descend 21, Coconuts Pool Bar & Restaurant, and Rocks Lobby Bar. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that caters to business travelers, leisure guests, and conference attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the outlets within a large-scale convention hotel setting.

• Ensure each outlet consistently meets brand standards for quality, service, and presentation.

• Monitor and adjust workflows to accommodate fluctuating business volumes, including large group and convention traffic.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff across all three outlets.

• Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, engaged, and service-driven team.

• Promote a professional and team-oriented environment that supports staff retention and performance.

• Create and manage staffing schedules to align with business demands and labor budgets.

• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management processes.

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, brand SOPs, and internal operational procedures.

• Maintain strong visibility in outlets to engage with guests, address feedback, and drive satisfaction.

• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and creative menu execution.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets in a high-volume, upscale or convention hotel environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory controls, and food & beverage operations.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a multi-outlet or large hotel environment.

• Experience supporting high guest volumes, large-scale operations, or convention business.
