Job Description For Food & Beverage Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Restaurant/ F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is key to ensuring smooth service, team efficiency, and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Provide hands-on assistance during service, including greeting guests, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Lead by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and staff engagement.
Address employee concerns professionally and support team development and training.
Handle guest feedback and resolve problems promptly with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless food and beverage operation.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role in a full-service restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and culinary experiences.
Prior hotel restaurant experience is a plus.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
