The Food Runner is responsible for the delivery of Banquet food to all areas of the hotel and for the set-up, delivery, and organization of service equipment such as china, silverware, glassware, and other needed serving tools. This position is part of the Stewarding team and must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position where one has to be able to communicate with the Stewarding, Culinary, and Banquet teams to ensure the success of the event and timely delivery of all needed items. This person must be flexible to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, any time between 5:00am - 12:00am.
The hourly rate for this position is $21.7463 per hour, increasing to $24.4138 at six months and $28.995 at one year.
