Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain energy and positivity throughout the shift
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and guest requests efficiently
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling reservations, billing, and guest preferences
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in tourist-heavy regions
  • Familiarity with local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations
  • Certification in hospitality or customer service (e.g., AHLEI Front Desk Representative) is a bonus
