Program Overview
ï¬ 6 months program.
ï¬ Fulfill the brand promise and consistently deliver excellent guest service.
ï¬ Provide outstanding service to internal customers when needed.
ï¬ Be well-versed in the hotel's products, services, and policies.
ï¬ Handle guest and internal inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
ï¬ Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
ï¬ Personally ensure guests receive the best service during check-in and check-out.
ï¬ Accurately manage guest history and pre-register guests when necessary.
ï¬ Welcome and guide guests warmly as a Lobby Host.
ï¬ Greet VIP guests in the Andaz Lounge as a Lounge Host.
ï¬ Check amenities and room conditions for VIP arrivals.
ï¬ Share VIP guest information with all departments to ensure personalized service.
ï¬ Support the Guest Experience Team Leader and Manager with their tasks.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field
- Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage
- Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness
- Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends. having interest in Japanese culture.
