The Role
The Front Office Manager will be responsible to assist the Rooms Division Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel.
As a Front Office Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Maximize associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
• Ensure that the arrivals list for the following day is checked, that all correspondence is reconciled with the arrivals, that VIP rooms are blocked, Suites allocated, amenities are set-up and that guest history is checked to ensure special requests, and group rates are checked and comments noted.
• Be fully conversant with all the hotel's security procedures and Health and Safety matters.
• ability to identify priorities, solve problems, produce desired results and be accountable for commitments
• Ability to identify needs, shape actions and add value to relationships based on a central focus of customer satisfaction.
Due to local labor law restrictions, applicants must hold work authorization for Jordan, namely a Jordanian ID

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in the same position in a 5 stars hotel or 3-4 years of experience as Assistant Front Office Manager.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
