Job description:

• Greet guests on arrival and making them feelwelcome and comfortable during their stay.
• Engage with guests at all times in a caringand positive manner, using active listening skills to understand the needs andwants of guests - wherever possible, getting to know them and their preferenceson a personal level.
• Being a key contact person and resource forguests throughout their stay and should demonstrate creative problem solving.
• Ensure that departure motivates guests to comeback to the hotel at the earliest opportunity.
• Mange the registration process to confirmguest information, acknowledge preferences as noted, provide guest with roomkeys, offer luggage assistance and transportation and other services requestedby guests.
• Tailor interactions based on guests' needs andavailable data
• Understand and be familiar with hotel roominventory to manage and allocate based on availability and guest preferences
• Provide appropriate recognition to members ofHyatt's loyalty program
• Respond accurately to inquiries and offerknowledge of the hotel features/general information
• Approach guest issues with compassion andrecover service as appropriate
• Process general cashiering skills
• Maintains the Daily Log Book.
• Be familiar with the hotel's products andservices and policies.
• Ensures the strict control of room keys.
• Prepares welcome cards and keys for arrivalFIT guests.
• Ensures accurate knowledge of hotels and thetourism in Vietnam.
• Reports "Lost and Found" items.
• Work collaboratively and effectively withother Front Office personnel as well as other hotel departments in a supportiveand flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and thesatisfaction of hotel guests.
• Reads the hotel's Associate Handbook and havean understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and inparticular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health andsafety.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as andwhen required.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Great English skills
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Receptionist preferably with experience in a luxury international brands.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
