Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our F&B team as a Host/Hostess at Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca Part of Destination by Hyatt. If you are a dynamic person with experience in a similar position, who is interested in getting involved in a professional challenge linked to the lifestyle hotel sector, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in accordance with the hotel's standards, with the goal of maximising guest satisfaction.
• Be adaptable and willing to support different sub-departments within F&B or other areas of the hotel as required.
• Ensure guests receive the highest level of personalised service at all times.
• Report any guest complaints or issues to a supervisor if no immediate solution can be provided, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Stay informed of hotel activities and ensure smooth handover of pending matters to the next shift for action and follow-up.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene at all times.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• Offer full support to the team and supervisors, and take on any additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A proactive, well-presented, and guest-focused attitude is key to success in this role.
