The Hotel Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the planning and execution of projects throughout the hotel. The Facilities Supervisor will support the Director of Engineering in the daily operation of the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead hotel maintenance shifts, including the supervisor of the engineering team.
• Oversee projects for appropriate quality and expectations with Hyatt brand standards ensuring deadlines are met as outlined.
• Support emergency response plans, including fire safety, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
• Conduct regular training sessions for maintenance staff on safety protocols, equipment use, and best practices.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to facilities and maintenance issues promptly and effectively in an effort to achieve core service metrics.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Hotel knowledge and experience preferred
• 2+ years Management background preferred
• Mechanical and Electrical knowledge required
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined written and verbal communication skills
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
• Available to work a flexible schedule as business requires: nights, weekends, and holidays
• Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn and navigate systems efficiently
