Job Summary
ãEffectively manage inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for hotels in the market.
ãDevelop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across all channels as well as collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to create promotional offers and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
ãMonitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand forecasts.
ãAnalyze booking patterns and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend appropriate actions.
ãPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, analyzing performance against budget and forecasts
ãResponsible for effective implementation and compliance of Revenue Management Standard.
ãDevelop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications
Qualifications
ãBachelor's degree is required
ãA minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry
ãAbility to establish and measure standards/goals, evaluate results, make necessary corrections to achieve higher goals.
ãStrong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office
ãFluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage
