Join our world-class luxury wellness resort as an Integrative Wellbeing Specialist - Indigenous Medicine Practitioner, where you'll provide personalized, integrative experiences for our discerning guests. Drawing on traditional medicine, herbal therapies, energy work, and holistic wellness practices, you will guide guests toward balance, rejuvenation, and deep inner connection. This role combines ancient wisdom with a refined, guest-centered approach in a serene, high-end setting.

Essential Functions:
- Provide a variety of lectures, workshops and classes for Miraval guests
- Provide customized one-on-one guest consultations on lifestyle issues
- Administer natural remedies, including herbal and plant-based tonics and tinctures and materials for ritual healing
- Collaborate with peer colleagues to create tailored guest programs
- Ensure a warm, nurturing, and discreet environment for each client experience
- Maintain materials used in the facilitation of these programs
- Develop new curriculum, as well as manage changes and improvements to existing programs based on current research
- Participate in department meetings
- Keep availability up to date according to departmental standards
- Manage attendance numbers for facilitated classes
- Participate in additional Miraval programs as needed
- Must be able to respond to a wide variety of individual guest needs in the areas of lifestyle management:
- be familiar with health and wellness issues and be able to respond appropriately
- be familiar with community, national and international resources for a variety of guest needs
- be able to relate empathically and helpfully to individual guests
- be able to meaningfully facilitate groups and workshops
- possess good communication and public speaking skills
- understand, practice and model mindfulness
- Fulfills marketing requests (i.e.: article requests, blog posts, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in holistic or traditional healing modalities
• Training in herbal medicine, energy healing, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and intuitive skills
• Polished and professional physical presentation, appropriate for brand representation
• Computer proficiency
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable service skills with keen ability to foster and grow client relationships
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • A minimum of 5 years' experience in integrative health and wellness focused programs, preferably in a spa or resort setting.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in independent practice and/or facilitating groups
• Experience working in luxury or hospitality settings preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• ability to create and give clear, concise presentations
