Discover the world of relaxation and well-being through a Spa Internship at Grand Hyatt Bali! As a Spa Intern, you will be part of a calm, caring, and professional environment where the focus is on wellness, guest comfort, and personalized service.
Your main mission? To help deliver distinctive wellness experiences that leave every guest feeling refreshed and renewed. You'll learn how to warmly welcome spa guests, prepare treatment rooms, assist with scheduling and reservations, offer herbal refreshments, and ensure a peaceful atmosphere throughout the spa. You will also observe and support the therapists while gaining insight into spa etiquette, product knowledge, and the daily operations of the spa.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow in service excellence, hospitality mindfulness, and personal presence. You'll enjoy a personalised learning journey, guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager), and buddy (Spa team member).
