Park Hyatt Siem Reap is seeking a creative, dynamic, and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to be based on-property. You will be responsible for efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, while developing and implementing the hotel's marketing communications strategy. This includes overseeing advertising, promotions, public relations, and collateral to maximize the hotel's exposure in local, national, and international markets. You will drive guest engagement, amplify the property's luxury positioning. A passion for storytelling, luxury hospitality, and an appreciation for culture and heritage are essential, along with a proven track record of working with local media, influencers, and opinion leaders in Cambodia. The role will require collaboration across departments to ensure that the hotel remains the market leader in Siem Reap's luxury segment.
