Main Roles / Responsibilities Required:
• Being available at the clinic to attend to sick colleagues and provide First Aid treatment, Medication and/or Recommendation to visit a Doctor depending on how serious the case is.
• Providing support and advice to sick colleagues as well as collaborating with their Managers / Department Heads whenever a Doctor's visit or sick leave is required.
• Administering medications and treatments provided to the colleagues and recording medical history and symptoms.
• Monitoring, administering and tracking the medicine stock and inventory as well as placing required order on Birchstreet on monthly basis.
• Developing and implementing health and safety programs to educate colleagues on healthy habits such as healthy eating and wellbeing.
• Staying up-to-date in nursing and healthcare, providing health tips from time to time as well as organizing health talks / campaigns.
