Description
• Support day-to-day procurement operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in preparing comparative statements, purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill their operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all activities meet compliance and audit standards.

• Accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation.
• Timely processing of purchase orders and support to internal stakeholders.
• Supplier response and delivery reliability.

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree , supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field, preferably within a multinational or complex business environment.
• Ability to carefully review contract terms and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations, and ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing stakeholders, resolving disputes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and generate reports.
• Proficient in procurement systems, and Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills.
